The Lifetime Cruise.

Twenty years from now, you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than those you did. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from safe harbor. Catch the wind in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.” — Mark Twain

"Cruising around the world is a dream for all sailors and it was also our dream till 2012 when we came to the conclusion that it was time to settle our sails.

It was not only about sailing, but also the desire to slow down the endless rush we are unconsciously living every day.

The Lifetime Cruise is a voyage around the world, by sea and its underwater treasures, but above all it is a journey among peoples and cultures.

The aim of these pages is to share with those of you having interest in sailing, simple living, nature, photography our travels and experiences.

And if any of you is looking for a hands on experience, well you are more than welcome on board to share some miles at sea with us"

Latest Story: Belizimo Belize

I visited Belize for the first time in 1993 and I was fascinated by it. A virgin country from an environmental point of view, inhabited by happy people and with a dream sea. In that year I spent two holidays in Belize: in the summer with a very dear friend and then again for the end of the year with my family and the group of divers friends and non divers with whom in those years I used to have holidays together. This year we choose Belize as our cruising area. We have been here two times with Angelique II during 2014 and 2017, but just for few days. Belize Barrier Reef is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the second largest coral reef on Earth and offers, sandy beaches, crystal clear waters and some of the most beautiful dive spots in the world. Angelique II is fully geared to support scuba diving activities so the program for this year is to enjoy these paradisiac tiny islands  and explore the Barrier Reef and its treasures.

Some of the more known attractions of Belize are the Great Blue Hole and the offshore atolls. The Great Blue Hole is a large marine sinkhole in Lighthouse Reef, about 60 km away from Belize City. The cavity is almost perfectly circular, over 300 meters wide and 123 meters deep. Jacques-Yves Cousteau,
who made the first explorations on this site, defined the Great Blue Hole as one of the ten most interesting dive sites in the world. The Great Blue Hole is of great interest for divers, mostly due to the almost vertical
walls that start at 35 meters of depth, which are characterized by a large number of stalactites, some up to 12 meters long. Our offshore cruises to the Blue Hole include other ultimate sites suche as the Marine Park of Half Moon Cay, Turnef Islands and Long Cay.
